Humping is a normal dominance/insecurity behavior and even female chis do it. It has nothing to do with sex; it's just a rather literal way for an insecure chi to say "I'm on top!"
I wouldn't worry about it unless the other chi is getting annoyed. Chances are the habit will pass, or at least slow down. Anne
