Unfortunately animal control can be just like their human counterparts and make hasty decisions that help no one. That is not always the best solution Sheila

But, in this situation we do not know if the dog is being fed or watered and I feel the right thing is the let animal investigate the situation, that is their job. Has anyone watched the horrors on the Animal Network?
