Hydrocephalus, also known as a water head. Its caused by excessive fluid 
in the ventricals(sp) of the brain which causes the brain to be 
compreesed against the skull. Most dogs with it show signs by having 
extra large soft spots or 3-4 soft spots, on top, at the back and some 
over the eyes(in severe cases) and the head looks too big for the body. 
It can cause seizurespartial or complete blindness and demntia( all of 
which my fred has). Most of them don't live past 6 months since there is 
really no treatment. sometimes when pups start seizing and the blood 
sugar is ok it may be this
