The Chihuahua weight chart can be helpful, but should not be depended on. You can google "Chihuahua weight chart" and pull it up from any number of sights. Three things to remember, it is only a questimate, it only works with full blooded chis, and it is better accurate after 8 weeks of age. However, if you start charting the weight and find that the first eight weeks, the weight stays in the same chart range, you can usually be pretty sure it will remain in that range. If it goes back and forth between different ranges, it is almost impossible to guess. Marsha
