When I nuetered my little Roman he was about 12 weeks old and he had yet to 
drop. My 
vet did a quick cat nueter on him and he was playing when I brought him home 
that 
evening. We were in and out within 10 hours and he was great. I hope your 
little boy starts 
to feel a bit better.
