I think thats a good decision...at least it's the one I would have made. I love my Tootsie's ears, standing tall and firm, but sometimes I look back at her puppy pictures, at those adorable floppy ears, and I realize that I wouldn't mind at all if they flopped on occasion. Unless you're headed for the Iams/Eukanuba Dog Show, I wouldn't worry about it.
