I agree with Michelle, but i think I would use a more forceful way to get him to stop. I would get a water gun or squirt bottle, which has worked for breaking ALL my animals of bad habits and squirt him each and every time until he stops. It is a dominance thing, so he is trying to show the children that he is in charge. I would still set up an appointment for a neuter though, even though the behavior is already ingrained in him; however, 8 weeks is really young to be showing dominance and once that testosterone gets flowing it will just get work.
