Hi and congrats on your new puppy! I got my little guy at 8 wks with no problems. To me, the biggest thing here is that you will be done with school in 2 wks. I'd wait til then if at all possible. That way you will have more time to devote to him and he will not need to immediately spend a lot of time alone. :)
