Anytime you have multiple dogs, you are gonna have a situation in which the hierarchy has got to be determined. Sometimes it is determined by fighting, sometimes by humping, and sometimes by human intervention, ect. My best suggestion would be to help them establish their roles. I mean if you have one that is the natural Alpha...that is, the other dogs accept him/her as the alpha, then you have one that is trying to upsurp that status, you would be better off correcting the one that is trying to change things. Otherwise, the other dogs start getting "confused" about who the leader is, others start trying to take over and eventually everyone is in discord. Help them establish the line, but don't try to change the natural one. In other words, your little crested needs to be put in his place and it is better for you to help do it than for all the others to do it.

He suddenly started humping the other 4 dogs (chihuahua male, shepard female, shiba male, cocker female). All my dogs are fixed. The boys get mad at him to a point where they snap and I'm afraid one day it may become worse and they may hurt him. How do I get him to stop before he gets hurt?
