Oh mare...I am so sorry to hear of the difficulties. I think it is to be somewhat expected in a multi dog household. I would continue with what you have been doing as far as putting them on their backs, ect. I would also consider confining the bullies until they learn some manners. Marsha

I have been bit twice in the last week. I have some little dachshunds and some Chihuahua's. Lately two of the doxies about one year old have taken to being bullies. I have no idea what has to happen. I came home from the auction abit ago and they had my male Chihuahua backed in a corner chewing him up...when I took him away from them they or I mean one of them...unsure which one bit the fire out of my hand. The other incident was with my mom who is nursing babies 6 weeks old ....she is 6.5 pounds and these guys are at least 8...they gained up on her and were hurting her badly. Any ideas ? I keep trying to place them on their backs to show my dominance as Alpha female but they must be mentally retarded because it works for just a little bit. I am really getting tired of this....should I sell them? Any advice will be so appreciated. Mare
