Thanks for the link and for sending it to me personally as well. I am just flabbergasted here. I can't believe this would even happen once, let alone that it would be a repeated mistake! And to think that those who survive are not considered extra special and deserving of even more attempts to place instead of a second attempt to kill....well I am just without words.
