Welcome, Jennifer! I'm owned by a rescued Chi named Caesar. I volunteer with a rescue group, and when this guy came in to the program, I agreed to foster him because my hubby and I hated Chihuahuas. I knew when it came time for him to go to a permanent home, it'd be no problem. Yeah, right.
