Hon, Your dog sounds like a blue fawn. Perhaps you should soften a bit of
hard puppy food with water at first then just give her the dry.
               Blessings,

Subject: [Chihuahuas] 1st time chihuahua mommy

Hi, my name is jennifer & I just brought home our first chihuahua. But
she is an odd color, i've never seen one her color. She's "steel" & a
little tan. Is that normal? Also she isn't eating well. She is 9 wks.
What should I feed her? She ate some of the cats canned food & loved it
but I am not sure that is good for her. The vet said try some yogurt &
I did, she likes it but that is just a temp thing. Can she have canned
dog food so young? Any potty training advice would be much appreciated
also. I love this dog so much already, I want her to be as healthy &
happy as possible. Thanks in advance for any advice. ~jennifer~
