Get a key ring and put it on the ID tag on the harness.. He only needs on
outside.. If you are worried about him getting lost without the harness,
then get him microchipped and make sure you keep your contact info updated.

I need some advise on what kind of collar to get for my almost 4 lb chi
puppy. I use a harness when I bring him out but I need to put a collar
on him to attach an ID tag. I tried 1 but he chewed it off overnight.
