The pits like any dog all depends on how they were raised and bred. ________________________________

Though there are always exceptions.. Tia gets along just fine with my friends Pits.. But I always watch them closely.. We had a chi in our neighborhood killed by a pit last year and my friends MinPin was also killed by a Pit. Now Rotties definitely have a bad rep.. We have two in our neighborhood and they are lovely dogs as are all but one I have met. I wish I could say the same thing about Pits which abound in our neighborhood. So Even though my yard is fenced, the only time Tia is ever out without me is if my Lab is out there too. Like I said in a previous post is uber protective of her. And Tia has a big mouth. She doesn't think anyone should walk down her street if she is in the yard .. Let alone come in the driveway.. I have large dogs on the other side of my fence and they are like Cujo when they see Kiko. She too runs over and jumps up and barks wildly in retaliation. I stop them immediately. If that dog would ever get over to our side Kiko would be gone in one bite. I would never let Kiko be around them intentionally. Too many chances of an accident. The picture is cute though. ----- Original Message ---- From: SharonK <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: Chihuahuas <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, August 13, 2008 4:21:12 PM Subject: [Chihuahuas] Katie's "friend" Here's a pic of Katie's "friend." As long as there's a fence between them, they can chat all they want!! LOL ------------------------------------ " Lets talk about our wonderful little friends! Join today! " Yahoo!
