My Name is Kathy and I am a new Chihuahua owner. My little puppy is
named Katydid, she was born 7-18-08. I live where the weather is
getting colder , which is slowing down my trying to house break her.
Even when I put a sweater on her, she just stands there and shivers. I
don't want her to get chilled so I end up bringing her back in. She
does ok on papers, but the ideal situation would be to have her go
outside but I don't want her to get sick. I am open for any advice as
this is my first Chihuahua and they seem so delicate .
