well, Cayenne's litter is 8 weeks old tomorrow. I let one leave this past
weekend, and one will be leaving tomorrow. I have possible buyers on a few
others. Wont be long before they are all gone. I think Ginger is gonna
feel the loss the most!
I feel so sorry for her! Cay has been trying to wean the pups for some
time and Ginger LOVES to let them nurse. Remember, Ginger is Cayenne's
mom, so these are Ginger's grandpups. It is sooo cute to look over and see
all of Cay's pups and Gingers own two all nursing off Ginger. I swear she
has a grin from ear to ear, lol. Meanwhile, Cayenne sits by and give a
scowl and a sighhh, almost like "mom!! I am trying to wean them!!" lol.
Cay gets agrravated at Ginger for letting them nurse, and Ginger is in
seveth heaven surrounded by all those pups!!
But, of course, this will be Ginger's last litter since she was spayed.
So, once all of hers and cay's pups are gone, there will be no more
nursing for Ginger. Breaks my heart....I have never seen one love
mommyhood more than she does.
