A car was backing out of a parking spot and Charger ( http://www.dogster. com/dogs/ 401677 ) went to back his handler out of the way of the car, but the car was moving so fast that it struck Charger. Charger was not killed by the accident, but it broke his spine and two back legs and he had to be PTS.
