Leggings should be made of a soft stretchy material. Like knitted ones.
 
Whichever way is easiest for you to put them on... either before the coat or 
after, or if she's like Jaelyn and is cold in the slightest breeze you could 
always leave them on her during the day.

Can you explain to me some information about leggings??
 
Kiko has really long legs, no hair, cold.  If I put leggings on her, how does 
she bend her
leg and walk??  (knitted ones sound like they would be perfect because they
would be soft and moveable?? )
 
Do I just put a coat on her, then leggings, and away we go,right??
If I put booties on her too, she would have probably pee'd by now.
