At 11 weeks old, who knows.. Lol.. But I have Never seen medicine heal a surgical condition.. Is it real apparent or just able to be noticed on palpation. If it is tiny, I would suggest a belly band with a quarter on the umblicus.. Like us oldsters used to do with our human babies.. Lol..
