Speaking of "apple-head" Chis, here is an example of the "apple-head"
discription from the AKC standard.
" "Apple-dome" skull; full, round eyes, set well apart; well
defined stop that forms a near 90 degree angle where the muzzle joins the
skull; muzzle moderately short"
In other words, "apple-headed" Chis have a rounder skull, larger/wider
set eyes, a more defined stop and shorter muzzle than the "deer headed" Chis.
They also tend to have shorter legs and a cobbier-style (thicker) body than the
"deers".
