Last night, Dec. 31st, just before midnight I held my best friend in the whole world in my arms as he took his last breath. He got into a bag of chocolate stars and ate almost the whole thing. There was just too much chocolate in him to save him. I had the privilege of sharing my life with Diamond for 11 1/2 years. Though, I wish it were much longer than that. My 2 yr. Old, Brooks, as not left my side since I came home. He is doing his best to console me. Please, tell me the tears will subside. Teri
