I don't think so. Our Target stores in Florida have all been remodeled last year. In fact, Target is starting to stock a lot of grocery items, dry, canned, and frozen goods, similar to Wal Mart. They have a huge grocery section now. You may have heard about temporary closings due to remodeling.
