Hello, Awhile back a friend of mine lost one of her Poms to a hawk...out on her open deck and ever since I have been so scared to let my guys out without me being right there...it was horrible...she watched the whole thing happen...i have been a wreck thinking about it...so My sweet, sweet husband has been busy making me an adorable little covered (solid roof) patio on a portion of our deck for the pups. He is cutting a hole right now for the doogie door in the wall...already got the frame, roof and most of the lattice work up. We just have to decide on the flooring and I will then get to set it up cute for them...any ideas on a good flooring that can be hosed off...for a 10x10 ft space?? Linoleum? Plastic decking? fake grass?...we have to be able to walk on it. I thought of a GIANT 10x10 Potty Patch idea but I think we would break grates when walking on it. Right now there are just deck boards but I think I would like something to keep away drafts coming up and under through the spaces between the boards. Give me all your ideas guys!!!!
I have a cute fire hydrant and am working on outside square outdoor fabric cushions for their raisd box beds so they can have some cool outdoor snooze places. I need to put some fun decorations up on the lattice walls to make it adorable!! We are having fun today as most of the hard part is already done. Now comes the decorating. I will send pics when it's all done!!! This was my hubby's idea and I just love that he cares enough about my babies to do this for me!! I am sooooo blessed!!!!
