Hi Darcy, there are no fleas where we live...we are at 6800 ft and fleas don't like it here...it is rumored that they explode as you drive up the mountain (LOL)...but no fleas..just ticks to worry about and we don't go hiking off the beaten paths...and I check for any hitch-hikers but have never found a one!
