Hello, My name is Valerie and I got a new little dog from the shelter by my house, Laguna Hills, CA. I have been lurking around this web site ever since I was planing on getting this cute little dog. Her name is Lola. She is about 1 1/2 years old. Only a guess from the vet. I was a little worried about Lola not liking my boyfriend after hearing about little Ricky and all of the frustration his mother was having. Well that is not the case for my little Lola, She loves everyone kids, adults, dogs and even the gardeners. LOL My other dog hated them. Oh well,... My other dog, was a sweet little dog too.....She was a doxie the best dog ever,she passes away suddenly do to congestive heart failure. She was almost 14 years old. I miss her very much. I only let two weeks past before, I found another sweet little dog to take care of. Lola is a very small blond chi with ears that flop forwards. Maybe a mix if you have any idea of what she could be mixed with I would love to hear your opinion. The first week I had her she was very shy, not eating much and just siting on lap and trying to be good. I'm sure she didn't want to go back to that cold, dark, wet, loud shelter again. She was also spayed the day before I got her that may of had something to do with her mood. Well now she is just a bundle of energy. Lola is potty trained and such a good dog. I think my last dog must of come down from heaven and had a talk with and told her things are done. LOL I don't have any idea how someone could have lost this cute little dog and not have looked for her. I don't think she has had any medical attention at her last home. She has a rotten tooth in the back of her mouth that smells and I'm sure hurts. The tooth is being removed tomorrow. I will send pic of her in my next e-mail.
