I am sorry but what that lady did to you is terrible. It is like adopting a baby and falling in love and then finding out that you can't have the baby - which I can understand a mom changing her mind - but please do not promise someone a puppy as to many of us they are our family and then kept changing their mind - which brings me to I do not think she is someone that you could trust and you are probably better off.
