Sissy never goes outside so I do not keep a collar on her at all. I do plan to 
get her micro-shipped when they spay her so she doesn;t feel it and they do it 
under anesthesia. We are hopeful to get her spayed in the next few months 
depening on her weight. If she is still too little then we decided to wait util 
she was a year old...that will be in May. Ellen
