all you need to do for companionship dog is to have a dr write a script for the 
dog and the reason why then  you need to keep a copy for yourself and give your 
landlord a copy.
and service dogs legally do not have to be registered or certified you can even 
train your own service dog. Just you need to prove it is trained for one task 
relative to your disability.
