I was joking! I wouldn't just put a vest on and call any of my dogs! I was just
asking...

You know what, I think the ladies were just all caught up in the euphoria
of planning a trip and being silly, I didn't take them seriously and would hope
others wouldn't either.

I don't
know where Marsha is but right about now she would be telling you that if you
don't have a genuine need for a service dog (disability) then don't do it
because all you do it make it harder for the ones that really need it.
Well anytime you lie it will come back to bite you in the butt. So if you are
in
doubt then don't do it!@

So basically I could just strap a vest on them and say that they are
service dogs? Just wondering... I know people get companion dogs cause they
dont
want to be alone or for other medical reasons... I'm afraid that if I get a
dr's
note it will follow me and people would thing I was crazy... I want to adopt a
child someday and don't want that to hinder anything

all you need to do for companionship dog is to have a dr
write a script for the dog and the reason why then  you need to keep
a copy for yourself and give your landlord a copy.
and service dogs
legally do not have to be registered or certified you can even train your
own service dog. Just you need to prove it is trained for one task
      relative to your disability.

sure how to do it... I know it involves going to the dr and getting a
        note of somekind
