I guess I am very fond of her. she helped me alot when I first go ricky and did not know anything about chi's. I know dogs... but the chi is a horse of a different color I have found out! I love to hear of rescue stories, but yes, some want that special puppy for the family to bond with. I think puppies and kids are great as long as they pic out the right dog for the family. a chi is not a good family dog with kids. Now a nice retriever is an excellent family dog. shanna "My Chihuahua Ricky, Is A Heartbeat At My Feet." Not all of us rescued our pups. It doesn't make us bad people. I bought mine at a pet store. I didn't know where to find a chi in Rural Idaho. I wanted a puppy that could be raised with my kids. Not all rescues are suitable for family life. I still support the shelter and rescue efforts. Deanna has a ton on her plate and has shared a ton with our group. We should be respectful of each others trials. She asked for our prayers not to be preached at! Rylee and Frida
