Nancy, its done differently, depending on the server you use. On AOL, I
go to the tool bar on top of page, click on "mail", then scroll down and
click on "set mail signature", another small window pops up that has a box
that
says "signatures" at the bottom, click on "create, then a larger box pops
up and you type in your name in the signature name box (how you want it to
appear ,"Nan and the girls", or whatever).under that signature box is
another box that says Signature and there is a tool box on the top of it, mine
has a camera icon, when I click on it my photo file pops up and I click on
the photo I want to use, then click "OK". I think people were reluctant to
answer your question because its a process that is different for each.
Maybe the instructions I have written are close enough to what's on your
computer that it will help you to fix your signature line with your photo.
