Carol, you were such a blessing to her. I know she went to the Rainbow Bridge
in peace and love and not starving and alone. God bless you for what you did
for the dog nobody wanted.

Subject: [Chihuahuas] Priscilla Louise

Good evening all,

I wanted to let everyone no that our little Priscilla Louise went to sleep
today and never woke up. She was so brave and fought a long fight to get better
but it just wasn't meant to be.

For thos who don't know her, Prissy was a little girl Chi that was tossed out
into the street to fend for herself. She was found nearly starved to death and
full of worms and such by the dog warden and they held her for three days at
the fairgound before turning her over to me. We had her remaining teeth pulled
because of abcess, and I made food for her every day. It looked as if she
wasn't going to make it several weeks ago but pulled through. Lately she has
been eating very well but this morning I knew something had changed.

She always greeted me with her tail going a mile a minute but not this morning.
She was holding it underneath her and there was no desire to eat.She was
slipping away. I am so glad I was able to free her from the cold and shpow he
rlove for the several months we had her. We loved her and I am sure she knew it.

Thank you to those of you that wished her well and said a prayer for her. She
is at peace now.
Carol
