All though I do not make my raw foot, my girls have been on it for a month and
I have never seen them love something so much. I really do not have to give
them treats anymore and I never thought I would try it. Mine is freeze dried
and I also bought the frozen patties but they did not like them at all. The
only thing with the freeze dried is you have to make sure they drink their
water, I also add some Salmon oil. I do have to say it is pricey but they are
my whole life and I would do anything for them. I use Stella and Chewys which
so far I have not heard anything negative in it. I use to use Royal Canin but
when they changed the ingredients and added corn and other products I quit. But
even when they were eating the Royal Canin they had meat every day but cooked.
I have a dear friend who is going to teach me how to make my own. So I am sold,
they love it, their coats are beautiful, their breath does not smell and good
poops. So what more could they
want. But like I said it is 29.00 a bag and its not a big bag or 39.00. So I
never thought I would but like my mother always said never say never..... I am
sold! My girls also like bannas and apples as treats.

Hi Maureen,
To me the very best diet for a dog is feeding raw...hands down! That being said
I think the next best is home cooking a mix of 80%cooked meats and 20% veggies
and fruits. After that my choice would be a grain free food...canned or
kibble like Taste of the Wild, Evo, Orijen.

I adopted a Chihuahua because she was dumped along side a very busy road. She
is PERFECT. I would like to know what is the best dog food out there. I'm not
happy with the ingredients read on the packages of supermarket dog food ... too
many fillers and preservatives.
Baby is now 10 months old.

Thank You
