Laura I am glad to have the support too. I am over 200 pounds and 5'4". The
doctor wants me down to 145! I was at 202 a few weeks ago but I have eaten
my way up the scales.
So as soon as we can get started I am good to go. Deanna just has to say
when and if she want the  separate yahoo group for the weight loss program.
