Well Earlene, not to sound silly but if you know both parents are full chi then why did you ask if she looks full blooded? To me it really doesn't matter what she is...she is adorable! To me she looks like Rat Terrier...but whether she is chi or rt...she is adorable and I am sure sh will be an amazing addition to you home!
