I will ask my secret pal to please share the how to's with me and I'll pass it along if they're okay with it that way their secret will be safe and we can all try them. It is such a clever idea and so healthy! I worry about Charlie getting a plump rump but the husband says he needs it to balance out his head so he doesn't tip over.
