Wow...what happened to that post?? Let me try that again...THINK BELLY BANDS!!! I have a neutered male chihuahua...and no matter what we have tried I can not teach him to not mark. I made him belly bands which are simple bands of layered fabric with Velcro on the ends. I use an always maxi pad...but the thin kind...inside. He will not pee with that on...but even if he did my house, floors and furniture are safe!!
