Yes I just posted about my sister and her problems with the animal. However the All Floors is great!! Hoovers are pretty cheap as vacuums go and that is what I used for years but they never picked up everything and the blow back was bad

It is amazing for pet hair. Dyson will let you return any product you don't like.
