A person who knows I am crazy for Chihuahuas, sent me this. This baby is in a shelter about 40 minutes from me. It says she's a mix and I don't know her age and she's not spayed but oh, it breaks my heart to see the photo of her living conditions. I may have to go check her out, get her and then try to find a good home for her. Gloria
