You have my healing thoughts. I worried about Desi with his long back for
so long, and then I just realize that doesn't mean that he will have
problems. But, I have spinal problems and so I can totally sympathize with
Monster. You tell him that I said to make sure he heals completely before
trying to speed around again. Heartfelt thoughts to you, too, Lorena. You
have certainly had your share of bad luck the last couple of months.

Thanks so much Lynn! We just had a checkup on Friday and the vet said that
he can make a full recovery if we're very careful and don't let him be
active until he's back to normal. Probably a couple more months. But the
disease is very unpredictable and even if he recovers from this time, it
could happen again. Just one wrong move or jump could trigger it again or
paralyze him.

That is such exciting news Lorena. Congratulations Monster! You're such a
cutie. I am sorry that it's official he has spinal disc disease and hope so
much he can make a full recovery from it.

Lynn

Hey guys, Monsters picture is going to be in the June issue! Also, I had
mentioned that he had disk disease and was wondering if they would consider
doing a story about it and I just got an email from the girl who is going to
write it! She is going to interview me about Monster. I'm so excited!
