Hi Gloria! So glad that you made it safely home. I hope that your sister's discomfort fades quickly and she has a speedy recovery. The pictures of Emiliano are awesome!. I clicked on the 'original' size and saved it. The first picture gives a fantastic panorama view. I could see the sea gull standing on the one sign to the left of the picture and I could read the other sign behind Emiliano. The waves are crystal clear as is everything on the beach. It was a rough surf that day! The picture comes out to a 4320 x 3240 and looks like you used a professional high zoomed lens! I can see every detail in Emiliano's handsome face. Beautiful shot. I bet it would make a fantastic desk top scene too!
Did you take that shot with the new camera, Panasonic FZ40, or the Sony cybershot 14.1? Last night was kind of rough but starting today, she will have home health nurses and aides twice a day. Her recuperation will be a long and hard process, abdominal surgery is no fun. Emiliano and I came home today, we left Galveston about 9:30 AM and arrived home around 2 PM. We are so glad to be home. While in Galveston, Emiliano spent most of his time in a pen, so I took him for daily walks on the beach. Here's one of the photos I took of him sitting on the wet sand, on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico. It was windy but it seemed to enjoy his walks and had no reaction to the water, acted as if he had been around it forever. Gloria
