Hello: Never heard the one about Brewer's Yeast -- but what are you calling Brewer's Yeast ? I worked in a brewery for 10+ years and we used different yeast for different beers. We "recycled" lots of the yeast and the stuff we did toss "stunk" .
As for garlic power, i have heard different stories on the use.
