[Chihuahuas] Happy 4th of July [1 Attachment]

We are experiencing such a drought that for the first time in more than 30  
years there will not be fireworks on the 4th of July.  There is also a burn 
 ban in the parks too, so no grilling will be allowed.  People are sad but  
they understand its a safety issue, since there are fires burning all over  
the state.  So to celebrate the 4th of July, today, I took photos of  
Emiliano.  Happy 4th you all!
