Leona, did they aerial spray? I would give him a bath using Dawn detergent and not a dog shampoo. And rinse, rinse,rinse! I would also call the Animal poison Hotline. I think the SPCA does that, but they charge for the advice they give. If you don't want to call them, then try calling an Emergency Hospital, if you can't get through to your regular vet. Remember to mention if he is on any flea and HW meds or other medication.
