Well we have switched back to Wellness but changed to the healthly weight.
Today we all went on a walk... you should have seen it.. was funny. Me with
all three of my little ones. Its been a long time since we did that,
hopefully giving a few more walks and they will stop trying to go in
different directions...lol.

Also just wondering.. I know AKC say Chihuahuas should be under 6lbs... but
what about larger Chihuahuas? what is a good weight for them? All three of
mine are larger... I know at least two of them could loss weight but how
much...

Chip (fixed 9 yr old smooth coat) weights 8 lbs and looks just right... if
he weighted much less he would look overly skinny.

Gidget (unfixed 5 yr old long coat) is at 11 lbs. I like to tease her
about having big hips... she always back talks me when I tell her that...
lol. I know she should loss a few lbs. I would like to get her fixed because
I do not plan to breed her.. she is a rescue from a backyard breeder...
anyways I worry about her gaining more weight if I do.

Dale (fixed 4 yr old smooth coat) is at 15 lbs. He REALLY needs to loss a
lot. After getting him fixed he just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Im
planning to take him to the vet in the coming weeks to make sure its not a
medical issue. I feel like such a bad mother because of Dales weight getting
so out of hand.

Any thoughts would be great.

Thanks,
Venus
