Scott is the owner of the group; I would imagine that he has already unsubscribed him for posting those pictures. I let my dogs out in the yard to lay in the sun. We don’t have any of those hawks and things…maybe a sparrow or a hummingbird. But, I would NEVER let my dogs outside and go somewhere. If I have to run next door for something, I bring them in.
