[Chihuahuas] looking for a new chi

im in the chattanooga area anyone know a good breeder or anyone in this area 
trying to find a new home for a chihuahua i prefer a female blue or chocolate 
but will consider a male and other colors.. ive looked everywhere and just cant 
seem to find the right one
