I don’t let my babies our very often with the exception of 5 min. every 4 hrs.
It is entirely to cold here to allow them any more time than that.  They are
all train to use a wee wee pad or the potty park, as needed.  There are eagles
and hawks around here that would easily make a meal of my little ones.  Also
coyotes that can easily go over a 5 ft chain link fence.

Hi everyone - well Charlotte Rose is home (when time permits I will post some
pix) - she's a doll baby...blind in one eye but doesn't seem to bother her
much.  I found out from the lady I got her from that she never let them outside
(she was born 9/14) - you would think that she would want them outside to get
some fresh air.

But...Charlotte is afraid of the outdoors - not to mention she hates the
slightest bit of cold - and is a BIG snuggler. I will put her little coat on
and carry her outside when I take the other two out - but if I put her down -
she shivers to the point of falling over.  Now when I start to put the coat on
she shivers..but I still take her out and hold her ...I need to give her some
exposure right?

She's doing so/so on the puppy pads - but it's been less than 48 hours since
she's been home - so it will take time. I have seen her make a concious effort
to go to a pad to potty at least once or twice. But I really don't want puppy
pads in my house forever...

Our weather here in Pittsburgh is cold (snowed a little this a.m.) - but
weekend supposed to be better.  Thought I'd just take her out and let het sit
in the yard while my other 2 doggies were out sniffing in the yard.  It's
supposed to be high 50's and mid 60's this weekend..

MAY I GET YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT POTTY TRAINING (again) - but for cold weather.

THANKS...Lynda
