I get mine online they are fabric. The seller custom cuts them to fit your
dog, you just send her the dogs measurements. You can pick your fabric
print. They close with velcro at the chest and neck area. I've had several of
them for years. I have them for every holiday and everyday. They wash
beautifully and are comfortable since they aren't straps they are an entire
garment. Here's an example of one of the many she offers, they are very
inexpensive.
